Ingredients
- 5 lbs Potatoes
- 6 z Crème Cheese
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 4 tbsp butter
- Garlic Salt
- Salt & Pepper
- Paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes and mash them. Add crème cheese, 4 tbsp butter, garlic, salt and pepper to taste
Mix
Gradually add heavy crème. (I don’t use all of it, just add to taste)
Bake in oven at 325-350 for ½ hour
Top with butter and paprika
