Ingredients
- 1/4 - 1/4 cup whiskey
- 1 - 1 Tbs salt
- 2 - 2 Tbs mustard
- 1 - 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 - 1/4 cup honey
- 1 - 1 2 lb pork tenderloin, cut into 1 1/2 inch thick pieces
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400
In a shallow bowl, mix together all ingredients
Add the pork and let marinate overnight
Transfer the pork to a hot heavy-bottomed skillet and saute until browned, about 5 minutes
Transfer the pan to over and finish cooking for 4 minutes
