Cornbread Muffins

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup cornmeal
  • 7/8 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients until smooth and pour into muffin pan, filling cups to about ⅔ full. Bake at 425˚ for 22-25 minutes
