Joanie's Spinach Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 packages frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1 cup Parmesan
  • 6 eggs
  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook spinach. Drain. Combine with the rest. Roll into 60 balls. Freeze on cookie sheet. When frozen, put in airtight plastic to store. Bake 350 20 min.
