Ingredients
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- 1 Egg
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup fresh blueberries
Preparation
Step 1
Grease bottoms only of 12 medium muffin cups (2 1/2 x 1 1/4"), or line with paper baking cups.
Beat egg slightly in a medium bowl; stir in the remaining ingredients except the blueberries just until moistened. Fold the blueberries into the batter. Divide the batter evenly among the cups.
Bake 15 to 20 min or until golden brown.
