Ingredients
- 2 cans whole new white potatoes
- 1 clove garlic, minched
- 2 tbs finely chopped parsley
- 2 tbs olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
1. In olive oil, brown minced garlic. Add potatoes and saute them until browned. Add parsley, cook another 1-2 min. Serve
