Orzo and Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

  • 16 oz uncooked orzo pasta
  • 5 cups small broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 sm red pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup Italian Dressing divided
  • 4 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Planters Flavor Grove skinless almonds sea salt & olive oil, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta as directed, adding broccoli to the boiling water for last 2 minutes; drain, rinse with cold water, drain well.

Add tomatoes, pappers and 3/4 cup dressing. Mix lightly.

Refrigerate 1 hour. Add cheese, nuts and remaining dressing.
