Ingredients
- 4 lbs. asparagus, trimmed
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Add asparagus and one inch of water in a large skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes, until crisp-tender. Drain and arrange asparagus in a greased 13”x9” baking pan. Drizzle with butter; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, until cheese melts. Serves 8 to 10.
