Ingredients
- ~ 1/2 Package Frozen Southern Hash Browns
- ~ 1/2 Each Red , Orange, and Yellow Bell Peppers Chopped even sized
- ~ 3 Green Onions, Chopped
- ~ 4 Tablespoons Oil
Preparation
Step 1
* Put 2 tablespoons oil pan on medium heat
* Add chopped peppers cooking for about 4 minutes until soft
* Add green onions and cook for about 1 more minute then remove from pan setting aside
* Put 2 more tablespoons oil in pan and hash browns cooking until they are nice and brown
* Add back in the pepper and onions heat until everything is warm and serve
