Millie's Clam Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbs. olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 chopped garlic cloves (can used garlic from a jar)
  • 2 cans minced clams
  • Parsley, oregano & Bsil to tast.

Preparation

Step 1

Place olive oil, butter and garlic in pan. If fresh garlic, cook abot a minute. Do not let it brown. Stir and add a little flour to thicken. Stir in the clams. Heat through. Serve over pasta.
