Buffalo Chicken Tenders with Tangy Blue Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • to 1 1/4 pounds precooked chicken tenders
  • Hot sauce to taste
  • 1 1/4 cups ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 6 cups prewashed mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 2/3 cup sliced cucumber
  • 2/3 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced scallion

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Sprinkle the chicken with hot sauce to taste. Arrange chicken on an oiled baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes, or until heated through and crisp.

In a bowl whisk together ranch dressing with blue cheese until combined well.

In a large bowl toss together greens, carrot, cucumber, tomatoes and scallion. Divide the salad among serving plates, arrange chicken tenders on top and drizzle with sa
