Fajita Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 12 chicken wings, tips removed, cut in two pieces
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cut each wing in half; place in large ziplock bag. Add marinade ingredients; seal bag. Turn bag to coat wings. Refrigerate at least 4 hrs but no longer than 24 hrs, turning bag occasionally.

2. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Drain chicken wings, reserving marinade. Place chicken on broiler pan.

3. Bake 45-60 min or until juices run clear when thickest part is cut to bone, brushing occasionally with reserved marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Serve warm.
