ROLLED CHICKEN BREASTS

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts, boned
  • 6 slices boiled ham
  • 6 slices Swiss or Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 of small package Pepperidge Farm Stuffing
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Roll each breast. Place slice of cheese around chicken, then slice ham. Secure with toothpick. Dip each roll in beaten egg, then in Pepperidge Farm Stuffing. Melt stick of margarine in pan. Place rolls in margarine. Bake at 350deg for 45 minutes; turn once during baking.
