Mango, Cucumber Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango, chopped
  • 1 cup cucumber, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stirring gently. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Refrigerate any leftovers.

Tip: To make it a meal, serve with grilled pork, chicken or fish.
