Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients

  • Pastry for 2 crusts
  • 1 1/3 C sugar
  • 1/2 C flour
  • 1/2 t grated orange peel (optional)
  • 2 C rhubarb, in 1/2 in. Pieces
  • 2 C sliced strawberries
  • 2 T butter or margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together sugar, flour, and orange peel.
Turn half rhubarb and strawberries into crust. Sprinkle with 1/2 sugar mix.
Repeat and dot with butter.
Cover with slit crust.
Bake at 425 for 50 minutes.
