Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pine nuts, chopped
- 4 tb freshly grated parmesan
- 3 tb mayo
- 1-6 oz halibut filets
- 2 tb basil, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- sea salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
1) Preheat oven to 425 F. Combine nuts and parmesan. Mix mayo, basil and garlic. Season fish with salt & pepper. Top each filet with mayo mix and then top with pine nut mix. Cook fish on a foil lined cooking sheet for 15-20 minutes.
