Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pine nuts, chopped
  • 4 tb freshly grated parmesan
  • 3 tb mayo
  • 1-6 oz halibut filets
  • 2 tb basil, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • sea salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1) Preheat oven to 425 F. Combine nuts and parmesan. Mix mayo, basil and garlic. Season fish with salt & pepper. Top each filet with mayo mix and then top with pine nut mix. Cook fish on a foil lined cooking sheet for 15-20 minutes.
