Ingredients
- 1 c. fresh pumpkin seeds
- 1 1/2 t. vegetable oil
- 1 t. dried oregano
Preparation
Step 1
Toss together seeds and oil. Place on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with oregano.
Bake at 325 for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
