Popcorn with Dried Oregano and Lemon

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon(s) extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup(s) popcorn kernels
- 1 teaspoon(s) sea salt
- 2 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
- 2 teaspoon(s) sesame seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a small bowl. Set aside.
2. Pop kernels according to package directions, then transfer popcorn to a large serving bowl. Pour reserved oil-lemon mixture on top, and mix well. Season with remaining ingredients, and toss. Serve immediately.
