Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 cup unsalted shelled pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet over medium. Add pepitas and stir to coat. (they will pop), 5 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar, salt, and cayenne powder. Toss to coat. Transfer to a bowl to cool.
