Ingredients
- 2 # stewing beef, cubed
- 2 T. quick-cooking tapioca
- 2 ribs celery, chopped
- 4 onions, chopped
- 1 T. sugar
- 4 carrots, chopped
- 4 potatoes, cubed
- 16 oz. can string beans, undrained
- 2- 10 3/4 oz. can tomato soup
- 1 C. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 T. fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all ingredients parsley in slow cooker.
2. Cover. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Stir in parsley just before serving.
