Ingredients
- 1 pound dry ziti
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 26 oz jars spaghetti sauce
- 6 oz provolone cheese sliced
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 6 oz mozzarella cheese shredded
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
heat oven to 350*
In a large pot of lightly salted boiling water
cook ziti until al dente about 8 minutes
over medium heat in a large skillet brown onion,ground beef and sauce
simmer 15 minutes
spray a 9 by 13 baking dish with cooking spray
spread half the ziti in the pan
add provolone, sour cream and half of the sauce
next add remaining ziti, mozzarella and remaining sauce
top with Parmesan
bake 30 minutes
