Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 2 C. crushed pretzels
  • 1 T. sugar
  • 3/4 C. butter, melted
  • Filling:
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 8 oz. cool whip, thawed
  • Top:
  • 2 C. hot water
  • 2-3 oz. strawberry jello
  • 2-10 oz. frozen strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine crust ingredients and press into bottom of 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes. Cool.
2. Beat cream cheese and sugar. Fold in cool whip. Spread over crust.
3. Mix jello and water until dissolved. Add strawberries. Let set until starts to gel. Add to filling. Cover and chill overnight.
