Cherry Topped Icebox Cake

Ingredients

  • 20 each whole graham crackers
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 package 6 serving size vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 3/4 cups thawed cool whip
  • 2 cans 21oz each cherry pie filling

Preparation

Step 1

LINE 9x13 pan with some of the graham crackers, breaking them if necessary. Pour cold milk into bowl. Add pudding mix. With mixer at low speed, beat until well blended. Let stand 5 minutes, then blend in whipped cream. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers. Add another layer of crackers. Top with remaining pudding mixture. Add another layer of crackers. Spread cherry pie filling on top and chill for about 3 hours.
