Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 lb cooked carrots (fresh, peeled, and cooked)
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 lb butter (melted)
- Dash nutmeg
- 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes and walnuts
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp soft butter
Preparation
Step 1
Place carrots and eggs in blender first (not cusinart)add remainder of ingredients. Place into 1 1/2 quart pan or souffle dish. Bake at 350 degrees 40 minutes
Topping:
Combine ingredients and spread on top.
Bake 5-10 minutes
