Ingredients
- 1 T. vegetable oil
- 1 # diced chicken
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 2 1/4 C. water
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 2 C. frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
- 2 C. uncooked corkscrew pasta
- Grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. In skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Cook chicken until browned, stirring often. Set chicken aside.
2. Add soup, water, basil, and vegetables. Heat to a boil. Add uncooked pasta. Cook over medium heat 10 min., stirring often.
3. Return chicken to pan. Cook 5 min. or until pasta is done, stirring often. Serve with parmesan cheese.
