Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into 1/2 inch strips
- 1/2 cup carrots, sliced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper chopped
- 1/2 cup McCormick flavor medleys lemon pepper saucy seasoning blend
- 1 pkg 9oz fettuccine, cooked and drained
- shredded parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Saute chicken strips and vegetables 5-7 minutes or until done. Stir in McCormicks Medleys and heat through. Serve over fettuccine. Top with parmesan cheese.
