Ingredients
- 3/4 cup of butter, softened
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 3/4 cup of agave
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cup of flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 3/4 cup of rolled oats
- 1 cup of raisins
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large bowl, cream butter, coconut sugar and agave.
Beat in eggs and vanilla until fluffy.
Mix together flour, baking soda, salt & cinnamon.
Gradually mix into butter mixture.
Add in oats and raisins.
Drop tsp. sized balls of batter onto non-stick pans.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown, eat & enjoy!
