Ginger Chicken-Bacon Bites

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces chicken
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 ounces water chestnuts
  • Bacon

Preparation

Step 1

Cut chicken into small bites. Marinate in soy, ginger, marmalade and garlic for a few hours.

Cook bacon slightly. Must be limp.

Wrap half a piece of bacon around a piece of chicken and a slice of water chestnut. Secure with a toothpick.

Place under broiler for 3 to 5 minutes or until chicken is done and bacon is crisped.
