Coconut chutney

Ingredients

  • 100 gms shredded coconut
  • 150 gms yoghurt
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 red chilli
  • 1 T gram daal
  • 1 t chopped garlic
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 10 gms. cilantro
  • 1 t lemon juice
  • Tempering
  • 1 t oil
  • 1/4 t mustard seeds
  • few curry leaves shredded
  • 1/4 t split udad dal

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all the ingredients.
heat oil and add the tempering ingredients to the chutney
