Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon cooked crisp, cooled and crumbled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon minced parsley
- Salt and pepper
- 1 large head iceberg lettuce(2 lbs.),cut into wedges and sliced into thin strips, like slaw
- 1 carrot shredded
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced onion1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Cook bacon. Whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 pepper in a large bowl. Add lettuce, carrots, onion, peas, and lettuce. Toss to combine. Transfer to serving bowl and serve. If making ahead, layer ingredients and toss just before serving.
