Coconut Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon flour
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

In a saucepan, stir together the sugar, flour, and milk. Add butter and two eggs, and heat over medium heat until the butter is melted and the mixture is smooth. Add coconut and vanilla.

Pour into an unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
