Pimineto Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb macaroni
  • 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar
  • 1 1/4 cups mayo
  • 8 oz. jar of pimentos
  • 4 chopped scallions
  • 3/4 tsp cayenne
  • salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cook macaroni on high for 8-10 minutes. Drain. While cooking, add all other ingredients into bowl. Ensure pimentos are chopped and drained. Pour drained macaroni over mixture. Mix well. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
