Blueberry Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen berries
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 1/2 tablespoon tapioca
  • 2 unbaked pie crusts

Preparation

Step 1

Pour berries, salt, sugar, water, lemon juice and tapioca in a bowl. Let stand 15 minutes to thaw. Line a pan with pie curst and sprinkle with flour. Pour in blueberry mixture. Dot with butter. Add top crust and sprinkle with a small amount of sugar is desired. Bake at 375 for 40 o 45 minutes.
