Ingredients
- 4 oz. uncooked fettucine
- 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 sm. onion, halved & sliced
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 1/2 c. frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 c. parm. cheese
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook fettucine according to package directions. In large skillet, saute chicken, onion, & garlic in butter till no longer pink. Stir in soup, broth, broccoli, onion powder & pepper. Bring to a boil. Drain fettucine, add to chicken mixture. Reduce heat, cover & simmer for 5 min. or till heated through. Sprinkle w/ parm. cheese.
