Ingredients
- 8 hard-boiled eggs, peeled & 1/2'd
- salt
- 5 tbsp. mayo
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 c. chopped mushrooms
- 1 tsp. butter
- paprika, optional
Preparation
Step 1
Remove yolks from eggs and place in bowl. Mash till no lumps remain. Add salt, mayo, & mustard. Saute mushrooms in butter, add to yolk mixture. Fill the egg whites w/ yolk mixture. Serve w/ dusted paprika.
