low cal baked ziti

Ingredients

  • 26 oz. low fat spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 12 oz. fat free cottage cheese
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 16 oz. ziti pasta--cooked and drained
  • 8 oz. part skim mozzarella--divided in half
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese for topping

Preparation

Step 1

Spray a 3 1/2 qt. dish with cooking spray, set aside.
In mixing bowl, combine ing. using only 1/2 of the mozzarella. Mix well. spread in dish. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Bale 30 minutes or until bubbly.
