Ingredients
- 2 tbsp lime juice, pure
- 2 tbsp honey, raw
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, crushed
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 large cucumber
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together lime juice, sweetener, crushed red pepper and sea salt. Add cucumber to a serving dish. Then add chives, basil and cilantro. Stir to combine. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Makes 8 servings (1/2 cup each approx)
