Ingredients
- 2 medium peeled potatoes
- salt and pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Step 1
Grate potatoes on large holes of box grater. Place in large bowl, season with salt and pepper. Let stand 10 minutes, stir to blend in any liquid. Heat 2 tsp oil in nonstick skillet over medium. Drop rounded tablespoons of potato and flatten with a spatula. Cook until golden on both sides, 5 minutes total. Drain on paper towels. Repeat with more oil and rest of potatoes.
