Oven-Fried Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose baking mix, Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup Italian-style panko
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 4 boneless, center-cut pork chops
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place a wire rack on a baking sheet, spray rack with nonstick cooking spray.
In a shallow dish, combine baking mix and panko. In 2 separate shallow dishes, place flour and eggs. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. Dredge pork chops in flour; coat in egg, and dredge in baking mix mixture. Place pork chops on prepared rack. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
