Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 3 cloves garlic crushed
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1 crushed bay leaf
  • salt and pepper
  • rosemary

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and pour over lamb. Let sit for 4 hours or overnight.

Bake lamb at 325 degrees
25 minutes per pound
150 -155 for med.
