Ingredients
- 1/8 cup Oats, Regular Dry
- 1/8 cup 1% organic milk
- 1/4 cup Greek 2% Yogurt Plain
- 1/4 cup Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt
- 2 tsp Chia Seed
- 3 strawberries, sliced
Preparation
Step 1
In a small jelly size mason jar, layer the ingredients starting with the oats then down the list till you get to the strawberries. Seal and refrigerator overnight
