Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry red wine
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 green onion with top, cut in half
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 24 ounces pork tenderloin, trimmed
Preparation
Step 1
COMBINE soy sauce, wine, brown sugar, honey, cinnamon, onion and garlic in large bowl. Add pork. Turn to coat completely then cover and refrigerate for at least one hour or up to 24 hours.
PREHEAT oven to 350. Drain pork, reserving marinade. Place pork on wire rack over baking pan. Bake 45 minutes or until no longer pink in center, turning and basting frequently with marinade.
REMOVE pork from oven and cut into diagonal slices.
