Ingredients
- 1 cup cold water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 1/4 tablespoons corn starch
- 1/2 box of jello (flavor depends on type of fruit)
- 1 quart fresh rasperries, strawberries, or peaches
Preparation
Step 1
In a large saucepan, cook together the cold water, the sugar, and the starch. Add jello and heat until thickened. Add fruit.
Pour into a baked pie shell and top with whipped cream.
