Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) ready-to-use chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 pouch (5-1/2 oz.) solid white tuna, flaked
  • 1/2 lb. fresh green beans, cooked, drained, or 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) whole green beans, drained
  • 8 oz. cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. rice, apple cider or white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Place lettuce, tuna, green beans and tomatoes in large salad bowl; whisk the oil, vinegar, mustard and pepper in a small bowl to blend. Pour dressing over salad and toss well. Mound 4 cups of salad on 4 large plates to serve.
