Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 lb. spinach
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 3/4 c. sliced or slivered almonds (toast in 350 degree oven for a few minutes, 5 at most)
- 2 T. sesame seeds
- 1 T. poppy seeds
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 2 tsp. minced onion
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 c. red or white wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all dressing ingredients in jar and shake. Refrigerate. Toss dressing with salad just before serving.
