Dark Chocolate avocado mouse cup

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbs coconut oil
  • 1 tsp. stevia sweetener
  • 1 Tbs brewed coffee
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 medium avocado mashed

Preparation

Step 1

melt chocolate in double boiler (or microwave 30 seconds at a time until soft and gooey) add coconut oil, sweetener, coffee, and vanilla to melted chocolate. blend mashed avocado into chocolate mixture, spoon equal portions into 4 bowls. chill for at least 2 hours. top with strawberries or toasted almonds.
