Ingredients
- 3 # small red potatoes
- 1 C. sour cream
- 2/3 C. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. dill
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. In large pan, cover potatoes with cold water. Bring to boil; cook until tender- about 20 min. Drain.
2. In large bowl, mix sour cream, mayo, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
3. Cut potatoes into bite-size pieces. Add to sour cream mix; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
