Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups of flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 10 oz jar Respberry preserves
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat Ovento 350 degrees
Combine all ingrediants except preserves. Beat at low spead until crumbly. Scrape bowl while mixing. Reserve 1 1/2 cups of mixture. Press remaining dough into bottom of greased 9x12 pan. Spread preserves over dough. Crumble remaining mixture on top. Bake 42-50 minutes or until light brown. Cool, cut into bars and sprinkle with confection sugar.
