Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked orzo
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 tb minced shallots
- 1 tb parsley
- 1 tb lemon juice
- 2 tsp orange juice
- 1 tb Dijon mustard
- 2 1/2 tablespoons EVOO
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and keep warm.
Mix all ingredients but olive oil. stream in olive oil while constantly stirring with a whisk. Drizzle shallot mixture over pasta and toss well to coat.
